Returns & Refunds Policy

At Baton Rouge Cigar Festival, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process, as outlined below.

Return Window

  • We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for most products and packages.

  • For orders paid using Klarna, we honor Klarna’s required 14-day return policy.

  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Klarna customers will see the refund applied directly to their Klarna account.

  • We do not issue refunds for items that are returned damaged, used, or beyond the return window.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital tickets or passes that have already been used or scanned.

  • Products that have been customized or specially made.

  • Items purchased as part of a final sale or marked “non-refundable.”

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. You must ship the item back within the return window, at your own cost (unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or Klarna account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or Klarna, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Event Cancellation Policy

If an event (such as Baton Rouge Cigar Festival) is canceled or rescheduled, customers will be notified and given the option to:

  • Receive a full refund, or

  • Apply their purchase to the new event date (if applicable)
