From Inaugural To Iconic

The inaugural Baton Rouge Cigar Fest brought together cigar enthusiasts, premium brands, local businesses, and our growing community for an unforgettable celebration.

In October 2026, we return with an expanded Thursday-through-Sunday experience featuring premium cigars, fine spirits, live entertainment, curated vendors, exceptional food, and the Southern hospitality that made our first festival such a success.

AMBASSADOR BENEFITS
Selected and active BRCF 2026 Ambassadors will receive:
  • Official BRCF 2026 Ambassador T-Shirt
  • Complimentary Ambassador access to all four official BRCF event days — Thursday through Sunday
  • Official recognition as a BRCF 2026 Ambassador
  • Access to approved BRCF promotional materials, graphics, links, and referral tools when provided.
Ambassador admission provides event access but does not include VIP seating, VIP amenities, or other paid VIP benefits unless specifically authorized by Baton Rouge Cigar Fest. Ambassador benefits are provided in exchange for active participation in the program and compliance with BRCF Ambassador expectations.
AMBASSADOR EXPECTATIONS
Selected Baton Rouge Cigar Fest Ambassadors are expected to:
  • Actively promote Baton Rouge Cigar Fest and official BRCF events.
  • Share approved BRCF promotional content through their social networks and community connections.
  • Promote ticket sales using assigned ambassador links or promotional codes when provided.
  • Use approved BRCF graphics, event information, links, hashtags, and promotional materials.
  • Represent Baton Rouge Cigar Fest professionally and positively.
  • Maintain reasonable communication with the BRCF team.
  • Avoid making unauthorized promises regarding tickets, VIP access, vendors, sponsors, giveaways, seating, or event accommodations.
  • Identify themselves as a BRCF Ambassador and not as an employee or authorized spokesperson for Baton Rouge Cigar Fest.
