  • All purchases must be paid in full at checkout via accepted payment methods (including Klarna, if available).

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Event tickets and packages may be delivered via email or physical mail, depending on the option selected.

  • Shipping timelines will be provided at checkout. Physical items, if applicable, will be fulfilled within 14 business days of order placement.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • As per Klarna’s policy, customers are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery, for eligible purchases.

  • For event tickets or time-specific packages, refunds may be limited unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
